J. Christopher Kübler provides more than thirty years of professional experience in various fields (HR, Healthcare, Culture and Finance). Herein he has held numerous leadership positions (managing director, member of the board, interims manager), the basis of which were his master studies in Psychology, Economics, and Sociology in Berlin, Tuebingen and Zurich, as well as further education and training.

After academic employment, in 1988 he was assigned economic responsibility for a large social institution (450 employees, 650 beds). In 1992 he established a training center for leaders of branches such as Education, Healthcare & Social Welfare and in 1995 he founded his own consultancy company for organizational development as well as human resource development. He successfully led more than 350 projects for companies with a size between 10 and 2000 employees, with a focus on Change Management, Health Management, Transformational Leadership, Teambuilding, Soft Skill Training and Controlling. Between 2002 and 2013, he worked as an interim manager in executive functions. From 2004 he concentrated on coaching & counseling and in 2007 he simultaneously began to intensify his psychotherapeutic activities, which he continues to do in his own practice today.
